Well the season didn't go as the owner hoped. The owner had expectations of the playoffs, not a good start for the GM. With the offseason here, there are questions as to if the manager Amaury Guillenwill be managing the team next season. Of course a new GM likes to surround himself with his people, and there are rumblings that the staff may be one area that changes will be made. I would expect the team will be managed by a new face next season. They have already replaced the hitting and pitching coaches out are Hector Villanueva and Doug Cromer and in areDan Craneand Manny Arias.

We shall see if the first year GM can push the right buttons to get this organization back to the playoffs where they belong. Back Next year will be Oscar Lindsey, and Terrance Miller. Can Terrance Miller reach his potential and become the ace of this staff? And what can we see from Gustavo De La Torre who was acquired in at the trade deadline as well as Chris Workman.

When your owner expects to be in the playoffs and the team finished in 3rd and 24 games back in the division, changes need to be made let's see what happens!!!
