The Originals.

2038 UMEBA 108. Cairo Chariot Archers BC.

The Cairo Chariot Archers BC were The first 100 game winners.

The Archers finished 31 games over the Manama Pearls which was the start of a mini dynasty were they won 274 in 3 seasons. Led by Byron Hearle and Nathan Naylors bats and on the mound by José Carrillo and Gonzalo Delgado the Archers would go on to 3 championship series, however they lost all 3 to the Jerusalem Hebrew Hammers 4-1 in 2038, in 2039 to the Mumbai Metro Stars 4-1 and again by the Jerusalem Hebrew Hammers 4-3 in 2040.

First of 2.

2044 UMEBA 107. Manama Pearls

It was the first of Two In A Row for the Manama Pearls.

Having won 107 games the Manama Pearls marched into the play offs where they faced the Beirut Cedars and easily dispatched them 4-0.

Sadly for them though they came upon the Bucharest Impalers who had won 96 games and one of the juggernauts within the early years of the league, Manama would go onto lose the series 4-1 it wouldn't be the last time the Pearls would find themselves with a 100+ season and a championship series appearence.

Two In A Row.

2045 UMEBA 102 Manama Pearls

The second 100 win season in a row, still no championships.

So you win 107 games one season, you come back the next season and win 102, you win one maybe two championships. Well that's what happens in the movies, sadly this isn't the movies you don't come away with even one championship that's right the Manama Pearls won 209 games in two seasons get to two championship series and come away empty handed. They did come closer the second season losing the series 4-3 to the Mumbai Metro Stars.

In 2051 the Manama Pearls or Tokyo Pearls as they were now known won 92 games and a championship.

Two In A Season.

2045 UMEBA 109 Bucharest Impalers

The Impalers (Sao Paulo Pilots) destroyed the Mumbai Metro Stars (79) during the season finishing 30 games above them in the standings, again the world of baseball isn't a movie it's real life. However maybe the 2045 season was a movie as the Mumbai Metro Stars who in the standings were 30 games behind the Bucharest Impalers went on to beat them 4-3 in the Championship Series.

2 teams the Manama Pearls and the Bucharest Impalers both won over 100 games each in 2045, however both came away empty handed.

Only Just.

2047 GBC 100 Mumbai Metro Stars

It doesn't matter if you win 100 games or 109 games you still win 100 games, you're still a member of a select club of only 5 ball clubs in the history of the GBC . The Metro Stars may have only just won 100 games but unlike other teams who had clocked up 100 games they went on to win a championship a feat that no other team had done, 100 wins and a championship.

Another Championship.

2059 GBC 107 Cairo Pharaohs

They weren't the first nor the only team to win 100 games, they were infact the fifth team in GBC history to do so, however the Cairo Pharaohs became the second team to win 100+ games and a championship.

Whilst bats like Boulus bin Altair (RF), Wan-ling Koo (LF) and Shane Smith (2B) more than pulled their weight. It was there starting rotation of Afzul Chishti (15), Francisco Molina (13), Enrique Serrano (11), Bani Marita (15) and Ragnvard Lamm (16) all won double digit games to take them to a 107 win season and a 8-3 record in the play offs.

Back To The Norm.

2062 GBC 107 Cairo Pharaohs

They'd won 107 games in 2059 and won 3 Championships the previous 3 seasons they were coming into the play offs with another 107 game season tucked under there belt. All eyes and wagers were firmly on the Cairo Pharaohs making it 4 championships in a row, Only problem was Cairo, baseball fans and anyone else didn't figure into the equation the Moscow Thunder Bears. Moscow had finished the season with 84 wins which placed them third in the EURASIA Division.

In total 5 teams have broken the 100 win mark, the Cairo Chariot Archers BC don't exist anymore, the Manama Pearls now ply there trade in Tokyo, the Bucharest Impalers play in Sao Paulo under the nickname of the Pilots, and the Mumbai Metro Stars changed there location to Sydney and nickname to the Sharks. The last team to break the 100 win ceiling were the Cairo Pharaohs, the only team to win 100 games and a championship.
