Montreal held a press conference today to announce the signing of journeyman left-handed pitcher Stephen Grant. Grant, 32, was originally selected in the 12th round of the 2046 amateur draft by Nashville. Since then, he has logged time with the New Orleans, Louisville, Atlantic City, San Fernando, and Bikini organizations. Last season, he worked as a long reliever / spot starter for the Krill, throwing 76 innings to a 5.40 ERA (80 ERA+).
