In all seriousness, Marcus loves all OOTP GMs with great passion. We rag on the game sometimes, but the fact is that it's a modern miracle. If someone had told me when I was a kid that there would be a game like this, I would have kissed them.
That said, yes, this kind of change is a little on the insane side.

I posit that the reason we think development sucks is that we keep seeing our players lose ratings. They gain. They lose. They gain. They lose. It's like the Truman show, you know? Or Ground Hog's Day.

Full reporting ... the data here was doubled. So Hill had 60 development actions, not 120. Which makes more sense given all the other data (it makes him on the high end, but not double). It's still a lot of development movement, though, and the up and down toggling across the ratings gap probably makes it feel worse.
