I happened to look at the spreadsheet and I thought I saw 20 points marked off for Valencia, which is right below me on the spreadsheet. I think it cost me 20 to change owners; which I don't think I saw in my row. And I'm not sure if Lee has spent anything this off season. Or I could have been looking at the thing at a bad angle. Who knows.
