Brisas Tab Teague as GM
GM Ben Teague
The Buenos Aires Brisas have hired Ben Teague as their GM effective immediately. The veteran manager has been semi-retired since being fired from the same position with the Brewster Baseball Association side Jacksonville Hurricanes in 2053 and says he's happy and thankful to have another opportunity.
Teague, 66, has had a ton of experience between the BBA and GBC and was named Manager of the Year in 1997 while leading the Hacksensack Bulls. He has a lifetime record, between the BBA and GBC, of 2567-3028, .458 PCT (5,595 games). He reached the BBA playoffs 11 times winning the Monty Brewster Memorial Series once (1997) and making a return trip in 2023. He also led the Jerusalem Hammers to the GBC playoffs once losing the GBC Championship in 2047.
His GBC experience includes 3 seasons with the Jerusalem Hammers (2047-2049). Teague will try to raise the bar in Argentina with a team that is currently 7th in the GBC with a 31-45 record, 16.5 games back of the leading Athens Fighting Centaurs.
