Week two of the 2055 season was not as successful as week one me for Cairo. The Pharaohs lost the first four games of the week. All four games were lost by just one run. It wasn’t any one thing. Some games the starters pitched well and the bullpen fell apart. Other games the starters gave up several runs early and the offense couldn’t quite do enough to complete the comeback.
After a day off on April 11, Cairo turned things around and won the next two games to start the series against the London Monarchs.
