Players that were made available to every team. If other members of the GB want it reversed, so be it, but won’t get my vote.

Re: Draft eligible free agents
We all had a shot to sign them. My fault for not seeing them, plus I didn’t have the cash. Happens every year.

Re: Draft eligible free agents
Agree. I bid on the 19-year old CF Gonzales but didn't dangle as much cash. Live and learn.

Re: Draft eligible free agents
I got the catcher Olds and I don't have much cash. It was a matter of prioritizing spending.

Re: Draft eligible free agents
I enjoy watching Nashville drop $20M as much as the next guy, but I agree with Brett, these guys shouldn't have just popped up out of nowhere. Why weren't they in the draft?

Re: Draft eligible free agents
I don't think the issue is having a few decent prospects available in the FA pool itself, but them being about as good as top half of the 1st round talent makes it feel bad for the teams who can't compete with a budget like Nashville's. The draft is supposed to be how rebuilding teams acquire the best young talent.

When teenage players 10 pages down on the FA list are better than amateur players, well then, do I really have to say it?
Yes.

Re: Draft eligible free agents
Everyone had equal access to the players, though obviously not equal budgets. Penalizing teams that had money to spend and spent it is a slippery slope IMO.
I would oppose reversing anything, not the least of which reasons is we'd have to walk back everything as those teams might have opted for different players had they not been able to use their funds on the game generated players.
I can't swear to it but pretty sure this is an OOTP standard procedure to do so and would be part of overall strategy for a GM, if they remembered.
I did not so my loss is Nashville and other team's gain. Same as if I forgot to renew minor league contracts or protect players for R5.
It probably wouldn't hurt to discuss the draft issue further (ratings seem increasingly useless to me in 23 for example) but it should NOT be tied directly to this.
