International FA rules

Anybody have the rules? Been quite a while since they we setup.

I don't think there are any rules besides the ones listed in game. Dollar limit, tax amount for going over, restrictions in following years for going over.

My understanding is that IFA is not available to UMEBA clubs.

I believe they are available, consistent with the standard FA pool. However, like the standard FA pool it will be more difficult for UMEBA clubs to sign players.
