San Antonio 11 - Jacksonville 0
Here come the Hurricanes, trying to catch Long Beach down the stretch for the worst FUBAR record in the league. Larry Stinson hit a grand slam in the 4th inning off of bin Ibrahim that sparked a 5-run inning to put the Outlaws ahead 7-0. Wes Savage's solo shot in the 7th inning was part of a 4-run inning that put this into FUBAR territory. Abel bin Ibrahim allowed 7 runs on 5 hits and 6 walks in 3 innings pitched. Wayne Jackson didn't perform any favors later as he allowed 4 runs on 10 hits and a pair of walks in 3.2 innings pitched.

Charm City 12 - Calgary 1
Wilson Andrade hit his 24th homerun of the season in the 4th inning. Andrade's homerun was a solo shot but it was part of a 6-run inning that put Charm City ahead 8-0. Quinton Lara had 2 hits, including a homerun, and drove in a team high 5 RBI in the game. Tomas Guillen joined Andrade with 3 hits in the contest. Edwin Gilliam fell to 9-6 with the loss. Gilliam allowed 7 runs on 8 hits and 3 walks in 3.1 innings pitched. Calgary also joins the ranks of those to have lost a FUBAR game now, leaving just 4 unbeaten teams left.

Mexico City 14 - Rockville 1
The Aztecs hit 6 homeruns in this game, oddly enough none of them came in the 4-run 8th inning that pushed this into a FUBAR win for Mexico City. Two of those homeruns were hit by Juan Rocha as he went 2-4 in the game with 3 runs and 3 RBI. Four other Aztec batters chipped in a pair of RBI. Collazo led the charge with hits, having 4 in the game which included a pair of doubles and his 3rd homerun of the season. Dan Cannon picked up his 6th loss of the season after allowing 6 runs on 8 hits over 2.2 innings pitched. Vazquez though allowed the 4 runs in the 8th on 6 hits. He only pitched an inning.
Twin Cities 12 - Valencia 0
The River Monsters improve to an impressive 9-0 now in FUBAR games with this win over the Stars. Twin Cities only scored in two innings, but made it count, scoring 6-runs in both the 3rd and 6th innings. Francisco Arredondo's grand slam in the 6th inning was the highlight. It was also his only hit in the game. Jose Calderon had 3 hits in 5 at-bats, scoring twice and driving in a pair. It was a bad day for the bin Ibrahim clan as Imad allowed 4 runs on 4 hits without recording an out in the 6th inning. He only threw 13 pitches!

Edmonton 15 - Charlotte 3
Another rough go for the Cougars who were hoping to stay off the losing side of this feature. A 7-run 7th inning did them in thanks to a pair of homeruns highlighted by Huerta's 24th of the season, a 3 run blast off of Contreras. Pepe Espinosa added a solo shot off of Lino in the inning as well. Huerta led the team with 4 RBI while Wilson Villanueva was a perfect 3-3 at the dish including 3 runs scored. Lino watched his ERA soar to 14.54 on the season after allowing 6 runs on 3 hits and 5 walks over the course of just 1 inning pitched.
Boise 18 - Brooklyn 3
This game was teetering on the edge of a FUBAR heading to the 9th, but then Boise broke out the big bats and scored 7 times in the final frame to secure the FUBAR victory. And by big bats I mean a lot of singles. Boise had 24 hits in the game, but only 7 of those hits went for extra bases and NONE of those extra base hits came in the final frame. Dennis French and Yamashita led the way for the Spuds with 4 hits each. They were joined by Felix Roman as well and Roman and French chipped in 4 RBI each compared to Yamashita's 3. Four different Spuds scored 3 runs in the game, including Yamashita. It was just a bad day on the mound all around for Robins pitching, as 4 different guys allowed at least 3 runs in the game and non one went more than 3.1 innings.

Yellow Springs 12 - Louisville 0
This FUBAR win not only keeps Yellow Springs perfect on the season and within distance of Twin Cities' best record, but it cut the Heartland division race down to 3.5 games in the standings. Ab Sediki had himself an impressive game, going 4 for 4 with 3 runs scored and 3 RBI. The real impressive part is all 4 hits were doubles, giving him 28 now on the season. Grant Lee was 3-4 in the contest and was a single short of the cycle as he scored 3 runs and drove in one. His homerun gives him 8 on the season. Augusto Sanchez dropped to 5-4 with the loss after allowing 6 runs on 6 hits and 3 walks over 2.1 innings of work.
