the pick SHOULD be Yellow Springs, but Jacksonville has the team of destiny thing going on... Voted accordingly.

Re: Landis Cup: Jacksonville or Yellow Springs
I'm actually shocked I'm not the only JAX vote. The best offense and 2nd best pitching staff in the FL vs the 2nd best (and still hampered) offense and 4th best (and also still hampered) pitching staff in the JL.RonCo wrote:I think this one is hard to handicap.

Re: Landis Cup: Jacksonville or Yellow Springs
I was shocked so few voted for Louisville. I mean, beyond the obvious.

Re: Landis Cup: Jacksonville or Yellow Springs
I feel that we are very similar in how we look for depth on the fringes. While we definitely value some things differently, I do think we both enjoy finding those gems on the fringes of the talent ratings. I'm as happy/proud of acquisitions like Pagan, Racist, Durand, Land, etc. as I am of Rocky, Sandcastle, and Sanderson.RonCo wrote:Jacksonville is a very solid team.
