Settings change to re-download?

Can't get this download to work for some reason... I think somebody mentioned before there is something you can change in the settings that allows you to re-download without having to do a fresh install?

Delete the online_league_file_time.cfg file and redownload.

Still am having trouble, gets stuck at 8% when downloading for some reason. Also have gotten an "Error: Could not download file" message after it sits at 8% for awhile. Tried on both of my cpus, connected to both routers, reset both routers, hard-wired in, etc. Then did a fresh install of everything and still had the same issues. That's pretty much everything I can think of.

Sometimes it's just weird. When it normally does the 8% error thing, I just wait a bit to try again. I know we don't always have that time though.

MAybe this is the problem I have been having.... I've been low on time it seems lately even getting the download and have constantly been getting the error message.

I downloaded manually outside the game last night just to get the file but that is such a pain in the ass.

Yeah, I think it's a server issue with Matt's host. Usually if I get the error, I just try again a few minutes later, but it isn't a regular occurrence.
