QUICK UPDATE
Wow- let me tell you a thing or two about that "2-3 Day Recovery" period.
First thing- not accurate.
Second thing- AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!
This "routine outpatient" surgery was by far the most painful and miserable recovery I have ever experienced, and that includes an emergency appendectomy in which they also repaired a hernia; as well as many other mishaps (my favorite of all time is when I broke my arm in three places at age 12 while rollerskating, and was too afraid to tell my mom until the next morning when I showed her my misshapen and BLUE right arm and said "I think I might have sprained my arm".).
So I was pretty bad last Tue-Wed, a little better on Thu-Fri, and then from Saturday through yesterday just AAAAAAAAAAAA!
So bad I didnt see the forums were down for a couple days, so bad that I couldnt muster the energy to resolve that until last night.
So I hope the worst is over. I will get our Opening Day Sim done before the evening is up, and then we'll get back on the right track.
Thanks for hanging in there!
***Someone suggested an alternate means of communication when the forums are down. I could, theoretically, have emailed you all separately because I do have that info. A much, much easier way would be for EVERYONE to LIKE the Brewster Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/BrewsterOOTP/

Good lord. All that sounds like it sucked, but very glad to hear from you and hoping things are finally trending upward for you!

Re: QUICK UPDATE
Take as much time as you need. I was able to knock off about 30 things from the honey-do-list, hang the Christmas lights, and even socialized with real people in the downtime. It was quite an experience.

Re: QUICK UPDATE
If I had the energy....
It would be funny to have Genius "ghost-write" a chronicle of my last 10 days.
