Pitcher of the sim:
SP Ted Shaw
1-0 with a 1.12 ERA and 14 K's in 16 IP. Shaw has been fantastic since the Duran injury.

Batter of the sim:
LF Sam Jones
.385 Avg in 39 AB's. Benson's numbers are great but he lumped a tiny bit so i gave the younger, higher rated Jones a chance and he delivered.

5-5 sim. Not the worst i guess but not great either. Good to see Orm do well in his first big league action. Good to see that while we have floundered a bit, Vancouver hasn't completely run away with it. Lets hope the team tightens up a bit and starts to make up some ground in the very tough Pacific Division.

Sam Jones = one of the MBBA's best kept secrets.

yea Jones is pretty good. I was hoping someone would bite and trade for Benson but o well. He'll be a free agent at years end as Jones has himself the left field spot from now on. If i hang on to Martinez in AAA, he might be my RF next year meaning i can let Oh Jr go in free agency as well. someone could pick up some pretty good corner outfielders this offseason.
