Mounties López Suspended 80 Games for Banned Substance

The sordid side of baseball has come to light again in the sports pages. Eduardo López of the Vancouver Mounties failed a drug test and has been suspended by the league for 80.
"I made a terrible and foolish mistake that I will regret for the rest of my life," López said in an interview with BNN. "I take full responsibility for my actions and did not appeal my suspension. I apologize to the fans, the game, my family and all those people that I let down. I am truly sorry and deeply regret my terrible lapse in judgment."
López's agent spoke with the press and told them, "Eduardo has the right to appeal the test results. He is not contesting the findings and he's going to serve the 80-game suspension. He has no statement other than that."
"It's disappointing, it really is," the Mounties owner said. "Our players know the rules. They know they are going to be tested. If any of them get caught, shame on them. I am disappointed."

The goal for Twin Cities is 63 wins (don't lose 100 again...13 game improvement would be alright. Starting pitching is a little better, but it is still pretty bad. I signed a few decent relievers; we should be OK in that avenue; well, at least until they get over-worked...I brought up some kids for the start of the season to see what they can do, which should improve the hitting. Bo Jordan still refuses to sign with the River Monsters. I'm starting to think he may just be a douche. I know who will be #15 on that HOF ballot!

So it is predicting that I have the best record in the FL and that I'll have 4 batters and 2 pitchers in the top 10. That would be great but I think it's about as accurate as Cheeto's tweets. Morris going down puts a dent in the bullpen, was going to give him the closer role, but I have tons of bullpen depth.
Question- Do we have to have all of our minor leagues under the limit this sim or next?

Escaped injuries this spring. FLP is going to be a bloodbath once again. Almost done with the previews (sorry for taking so long Stephen) and somehow every team in our division looks better.
