GM Hopkins walks into Louisville dressing room. It's deserted, except for one player, the rest of the Sluggers are on a road trip, currently in California.

"Stormin' Norman! How ya doing buddy?"GM Hopkins asks.

Kevin Norman, relief pitcher, looks up warily.
"Truthfully, GM? I'm tired...you had me fly back from Seattle two weeks ago, then as soon as I arrived here, you turned me around and sent me straight back there to pitch the very next day there. Then I sat on my ass for most of the next two weeks - I only made a solitary appearance...and now you've called me back from California..."

"Yeah, but think of all the frequent flyer miles!"

"I would...but you've already made it clear to everyone that you get them all..."

"I know...and I'm LOVING it...but thats not why I called you back."

"Look...GM...you've made your point...I'll never complain about not playing for a contending team again...I should have trusted you...we're still here, in the thick of it...I should have had more faith."

"No...Phoenix has picked you up off of waivers - get out of here."
