Adding seats to my ballpark

I'm thinking about adding seats to my ballpark but have a question.

1. what is a CP?

Ballpark Renovation

Additional Seating – 50 PP base cost + Construction Costs (see below). Additional seats must be purchased in blocks of 100 seats. No more than 5,000 seats may be added during one off-season and no ballpark may exceed 65,000 seats. Construction costs per 100 seats are as follows:

35,100-45,000: 2 CP + $40,000

45,100-55,000: 3 CP + $70,000

55,100-65,000: 4 CP + $100,000
