C Davenport Hinkle

Another year, another season where Hinkle will be set to man the backstop for the Vancouver Mounties. It will be his 13th season suiting up for us, but you have to wonder if it will be the end of the line after this season. He will be 36 through the year and has seen a slow decline in some ratings. Will he be able to keep us his elite production for one more year?
2060 Stats: .240 AVG, 32 HR, 90 RBI
1B Leonardo Rodriguez

Another new first basemen to start the year for the Mounties, Rodriguez was brought in late last year to join the teams unexpected playoff push. Seeing that he is only 25 years old, he has the potential to hold down this spot for years to come. However he did struggle mightily with his batting average but was able to hit a decent amount of homers and got on base as well. Let's see where his first full season here takes him.
2060 Stats: .195 AVG, 7 HR, 15 RBI
2B Reynaldo Serrano

I mean are you surprised? The young face of the franchise looks to continue his very good start to his career. He finished with a team leading 3.6 WAR and took home his first Zimmer Award at second base. As long as he can continue to stay healthy, there's no doubt that he can be a franchise cornerstone for the next decade.
2060 Stats: .272 AVG, 21 HR, 65 RBI
SS Quintin Trewartha

The defensive specialist returns to the Mounties after leaving us in 2056 to Hawaii. Trewartha won't provide much help offensivly, but will lock down the infield opposite Serrano to absolutely gobble up ground balls.
2060 Stats: .202 AVG, 1 HR, 17 RBI
3B Vance Cooper

Cooper slowly worked his way into the starting lineup last year and did alright in the leadoff spot. He drew just as many walks as strikeouts, he just needs to work on his base stealing, as he stole 9 but was caught 5 times. If he can get some help through the dev lab I think he'll continue to be the leadoff man for years to come, as he is only 26.
.233 AVG, 2 HR, 23 RBI
LF Greg Clover

Clover made a surprise All-Star team last year and was a very valuable member of the teams offense last season. It'll be interesting to see how the 25 year old can follow that up but hopes are very high that he'll continue to develop and become a solid left fielder.
2060 Stats: .274 AVG, 17 HR, 47 RBI
CF Shafiq Zahir

Despite the low average, Zahir managed to be a plus defender with 16 homeruns and 13 stolen bags. I would've liked to have found a more stable option but the FA class for center-fielders is severely lacking, so we're going to run it back with Zahir again.
2060 Stats: .213 AVG, 16 HR, 46 RBI
RF Miguel Montero

After failing to win the Monty with Charlotte last year, Montero was dealt to the Mounties. He finished with 4.1 WAR last season but ratings suggest that probably won't be happening here. But he should provide much better defense in right field with a decent bat to boot. He did just win a Zimmer Award so we'll see if he can keep it up here.
2060 Stats: .296 AVG, 12 HR, 69 RBI
DH Ziya Turkes

With the recent acquistion of Montero, Turkes will now slot into the starting DH spot. I felt as though his lacluster -14 ZR in right field last year meant he needed a change of pace. Ratings show he should have a pretty solid bat so more than likely he'll be our cleanup hitter this year. But if he struggles, then both Raul Pena and Javier Valles lie in wait.
2060 Stats: .247 AVG, 14 HR, 70 RBI
