.298/.329/.561 for an OPS+ of 140, not bad. Plus, he is a right-handed bat to complement Quinn Greene and is just an experienced player to have around the place. People forget that he started his career with Jerusalem (formerly Istanbul) in 2042. Yeah, he is that old.

For the Brisas this year, though, $2 million feels like a steal just to have him back in Argentina once again. First base hasn't been a position of success this year, so he will slot right into this team as an everyday player. His defence is pretty lacklustre at this point, but he will have the potential to DH against left-handers if Greene's struggles against them continue, especially with a guy like Thomas Hohenwart more than ready to be an everyday player at just 23.

So the Brisas will continue their hunt of the mega team that is Cairo, and hopefully, Adam will help them go back on top of the AFSAMOC. (Pun intended)
