The Mounties had 6 team options to consider, and exercised all of them. Let's take a quick peek at who's returning.

1. SP Phil Cole
2057 Salary: $10,000,000
2056 Stats: 33 GS, 19-11 Rec, 3.14 ERA, 272.1 IP, 223 HA, 27 HR, 70 BB, 201 K, 1.08 WHIP, 4.9 WAR

No surprise that the Mounties accepted his 10 million dollar option this year after yet another dominating season from the ace. The Nebraska Award contender will be a potential free agent at the end of the year so fans should enjoy him while it lasts, assuming an extension isn't already in the works.

2. CP Xuan Ngo
2057 Salary: $7,000,000
2056 Stats: 67 G, 8-4 Rec, 43 SV, 2.13 ERA, 67.2 IP, 39 HA, 6 HR, 14 BB, 75 K, 0.78 WHIP, 2.2 WAR

The team was 29-13 in one run games for a reason. Ngo proved to arguably be the best closer in the league last season and will look to continue his dominating form.

3. RP Knox Sked
2057 Salary: $3,000,000
2056 Stats: 26 G, 3-3 Rec, 3.18 ERA, 39.2 IP, 33 HA, 4 HR, 17 BB, 35 K, 1.26 WHIP, 0.4 WAR

The righty specialist looked solid from the pen for the Mounties this year leaving little reason to not bring him back another year, as both player and team opted-in for 2057.

4. 1B Pancho Costa
2057 Salary: $8,000,000
2056 Stats: 89 G, 344 AB, 108 H, 17 HR, 63 RBI, 21 BB, 55 K, .314 AVG, .353 OBP, .506 SLG, .859 OPS, 12 SB, 2.6 WAR

Acquired from Charlotte last year at the deadline Costa's late season surge helped push the Mounties to the postseason. Now he'll get a chance to start and do it again for 2057.

5. 3B Jeremy Pickens
2057 Salary: $6,500,000
2056 Stats: 86 G, 248 AB, 65 H, 8 HR, 30 RBI, 16 BB, 52 K, .262 AVG, .309 OBP, .431 SLG, 9 SB, 1.3 WAR

Brought in as a back up for the infield, Pickens played very well in the role. With rumours speculating Bob Irwin and the team are far apart on a potential extension, Pickens should be slated to be the starter at second base for the 2057 season.

6. SP Armando Rodriguez
2057 Salary: $4,500,000
2056 Stats: 33 GS, 10-15 Rec, 4.44 ERA, 188.2 IP, 203 HA, 21 HR, 67 BB, 117 K, 1.43 WHIP, 1.8 WAR

He's been a solid mid rotation pitcher who shouldn't have as many losses as his record indicates. Hopefully he'll receive more run support this year.
