Good chat. Our python and base run numbers are all over the place because we've been whacked for 15+ runs three times. So, I dunno.

Lane using Ploid at 3B might be genius. We will see.

Ploid's third base fielding stats remind me of a former MLB player at 3B. Who is it?

And just for fun, this same MLB player's fielding stats at 3B including the minors. Yikes.

Remember that time @Lane moved Michael Best to second base for 27 games??? Pretty impressive to rack up -16.1 ZR in only 27 games.

My very first guess was Pete Rose, but I think he was better than that and played the position longer.

Braun finished 2007 last of all eligible third basemen in fielding percentage (.895, with 26 errors; only the fourth third baseman since 1916 to play 100 games or more in a season and have a fielding percentage under .900),[216] range factor (2.11), and zone rating (.697).
