The Spuds offense is just putrid. The squad scored an anemic 2.5 runs/game in Sim #9 (recap) Worse is the fact that it's the 3rd Sim this season with the team scoring 3 runs per or below. No one had more than 2 RBI and there were 0 home runs for the Spuds. The only reason Boise salvaged a split in the 6-game Sim was starting pitching - outside of SP Niegloslaw Woywitka. The Spuds allowed 4.8 runs/game but only 3.2 outside of Woywitka.
SPUDS OF THE SIM - SIM #9
Pitcher

(I swear th is guy was built using Minecraft...)
SP Thomas Turner
11 G, 11 GS, 3-6, 3.95 ERA, 66.0 IP, 2.1 K/BB, 1.15 WHIP, +0.8 WAR
SP 'Kid' Clark had a more than quality start against Cobble Hill shutting out the Robins over 6.2 innings allowing only 4 hits and fanning 6. P Samir Qasim made 3 appearances allowing 1 run in 3.1 innings. But we turn to Turner for Sim #9, which is saying a lot given how solid the starters were over the week. Turner had two starts and went 13.0 innings allowing 10 hits and 4 runs while fanning 12 batters and only walking 2.
Batter

3B Zhi-fu 'Doctor' Huang
22 G, 3 2B, 1 3B, 6 RBI, .264/.310/.358, 2 SB, +0.1 WAR
We're not mentioning anyone else. Seriously. The offense in Sim #9 was putrid. It was in the gutter. It was every negative colloquialism you can manage. 'Doctor' is the Spuds utility infielder and he appeared in only 4 of the 6 games posting 2 RBI while slashing .364/.364/.455 and adding a stolen base.
