Daniel Grasia is a 6'2" 190lb pitcher from Payson, Utah. He was born on September 8th, 2043. He was acquired by the Talons via the 2062 Ammy Draft, being the 8th pick in round 1. Grasia was promoted directly to Single-A Toledo, where he appeared in 21 games, 9 of them starts. The finesse lefty went 7-0 with a 4.59 ERA. He still has work to do on his pitches, and the 19 year old will spend at least one or two more years in Toledo.
talons scouting director Schytt E. Pyck commented this: "Grasia was the highest draft pick we have had in our history, since expansion in 2029. And what do we get? A soft tosser who barely throws 92. Big whoop. And since we got lambasted for leaving Pedro Toro in rookie league as an 18 year old draftee, we decided to get Grasia straight to Toledo. And, lo and behold, he didn't do so hot. Maybe that just goes to show that 18 year olds belong in rookie league after being drafted. But what do I know. I'm just an idiot who works for the Talons."
