ROSTER REVIEW

GM Meseck has had the opportunity to review the current roster and should be making personnel decisions this coming week.

Local scouts believe that SP Clarence "Gravedigger" Mitchell will likely be demoted to AAA Weeting. Mitchell currently has a 10.25 ERA in 8 games, 5 of which are starts. Mitchell has a vesting option if he hits 30 IP so it is likely that his time with the Bishops is over. Scouting Director Toomey Thirlwell stated "Clarence will be lucky to see bubble and squeak down in Weeting much less in London. I didn't have much of a problem with good ole' "Gravedigger" over the last few years but that new GM doesn't want him showing up anywhere near the big league club. I am afraid there is ample room in the dog house so the rest of these ballplayers better start playing up to their ability. Hell, for all I know I may be the next one riding the busses with Clarence."

Scouts have also informed the press that SS Pat Listach will likely be making the switch to 2B to make room for SS Glenn Quin. Stay tuned on that front..

The GM is rumored to have tendered an offer sheet to a free agent player according to league sources but it is unclear at this time as to what player or even what position may be coming to London. The team office has declined to comment.

It seems as though the tumultuous reign of trmmilwwi has begun.
