Montreal's Blazers vs. Charlotte's Flight

This series is a classic clash of styles, pitting Montreal's strong pitching against Charlotte's potent offense. The Blazers enter the series with a strong regular season record, but the Flyers are looking to use their potent offense to overcome Montreal's stingy pitching. The league's top Pitching vs the league's top Hitting.... who will win?! It's sure to be an exciting series!

Arturo Trevino 1-0, 0.00 ERA
Takiji Takahashi 1-0, 4.50 ERA

X-Factor: The Flyers' strong offense, which led the league in runs scored, could be the key to their success in this series.

Montreal Blazers Overview

The Montreal Blazers finished the regular season with a 95-67 record, placing them 1st overall. They had a 51-30 record at home and a 44-37 record on the road. Todd Stone 0-0, 1.50 ERA <--former Wolve ;)
Lucio Juarez 2-0, 1.99 ERA

X-Factor: The Blazers' league-best pitching, which allowed the fewest runs in the league, could give them an edge in this series.

Prediction

Given the Flyers' edge in the season series and overall record, they are favored to win this series. However, the Blazers have demonstrated the best pitching in the league and have a strong home record, which could make this a tightly contested series. I predict the Charlotte Flyers will win in 7 games.

Enjoyed the preview. I think it’s going to be an interesting series for sure. I think it should be close and I’m glad I have home field advantage.

Gousto will start in Serrano's place. Correction: Hernandez is on the roster, but strictly as a reserve.
