2019-2020 Rule 6 EBA Rights Draft

Three really spectacular picks this year, though. Brings up the Calgary thing about Alex Belin being the best Rule 6 pick ever, which he probably is, but these guys might have a say - and the talent coming is pretty great.

Admittedly, he isn't really a starting pitcher, but he is gonna be a total lockdown closer.

He was the only guy I did consider, but with more talent coming next year I didn't like his Work Ethic combined with his role expectation. He'll be good, but he strikes me as a "why isn't this guy better than he is"/impossible-to-please situation. I've had rough experiences with guys who wanted to be starters but should be relievers and vice-versa.
