Remember that picks in Rounds 1-3 that were assigned in this draft will roll over to next season if not used, but not beyond.

So 2019 failed to sign don't roll over? Chicago had one in the 2nd round that year according to the spreadsheet.

They only roll over once now, so if they were a comp pick last year and they didn't sign, they don't roll over.
