Glass Call-up Creates AAA Hole
May 21, 2063 With the call-up of Paul Glass, the Bikini Krill released news notes that announced additional movement of some merit inside the Krill's minor leagues. Also leaving AAA-level Pasco, but going in a different direction than Glass, Starter Brian Carroll has been returned to AA-level Kamloops. There had been some excitement around 22-year-old Carroll starting in AAA, and some had hoped he might see a late-season callup himself. But the right hander's ERA ballooned to 8.08, prompting the suggestion that perhaps more time down under would be a good idea.

Top-5 Prospect
Moves UpMoving from Kamloops up to Pasco are starters Jerry Anaya and Jose Guevara.
Guevera is considered one of the club's better prospects, and had been babied by staying in A-level Lake City for three seasons before starting in Kamloops. His record stands at only 1-2, but his side numbers reflect solid progress. The team says they expect Guevera will be given longer stints in Pasco.
Anaya is more of an organizational prospect, but his numbers in AA have been both good and steady. He's a guy who keeps the ball on the ground, too. He's been starting for much of his minor league career, but some suggest he could find a place in the middle or back-end of the Krill bullpen sometime soon.
