STABILITY IS GOAL
November 7, 2062, Marshall Islands > For the first time since the Bikini franchise became the bikini franchise, the club has released notice that the entire minor league staff will be returning.
“For the past several seasons the team has been focusing on finding high-quality individuals who can work together to achieve greatness, and as the calendar ticks toward that time when season tickets are available, we’re happy to note that we’re well on our way” read a release made on the team’s Virtual Presence. The release noted that the executive suite has also been investing heavily in what it calls “human infrastructure,” meaning additional training for their staff, and that this would continue to be a feature this of-season.
“We believe our players deserve our best efforts is support of them. Hence we will hold an All-Staff Convention where all our coaches and executives can spend a week learning from each other.” The schedule for this event was not released, but it is expected to be held in a quiet island in the Marshalls, complete with a cloistered lagoon and a landing strip for wayward WWI aircraft. “It’s a great place to get away, unwind, and become better coaches and support providers. Our personnel are our most valuable asset. Anything we can do to help them is something we will do.”

Fiscus Hiring Paying Off?For the past several seasons the coaching staff at all levels have undergone considerable churn, with some coaches being calmly shuffled out, others being hired, and promoted and basically cajoled into joining the club. There was some concern that a few might want to retire, but it was hoped that the whole phalanx would return in order to provide stability to the structure of the club. That appears to be happening, and some re even suggesting that working with cloned manager Kate Fiscus has 64-year-old pitching coach Fernando Alaniz feeling like a teenager again.
“He likes going to work now,” said a friend of the veteran coach.
That makes sense to those close to Fiscus. "I like to pay lots off attention to the entire staff," said Fiscus when asked how she handles her subordinates. "It's important to me that everyone I touch is satisfied in their positions."
With the entire organization returning, you have to think something good is going on.
“Our fans should note that our minor league system has never been as healthy as it is now, and there’s no question that our focus has been helping us. They should plan to come out to the park next year in droves just to see the future unfold before their very eyes.”
