GM Calvaruso has had enough of the losing, and from the looks of things is ready to do something about it.
The San Antonio Outlaws made a splash today in the BBA with the free agent signing of 2B Angel De Castillo. De Castillo is coming off of another great season for Yellow Springs, and the Outlaws could not wait to add him to their lineup and fill a major hole for them. De Castillo batted .303 with 38 HR's, 114 RBI's and 122 Runs batting mainly from the #2 hole in the lineup.
De Castillo gives the Outlaws a very solid bat for the top of the lineup and great defense at Second Base. "I like what the Outlaws are building here" De Castillo said at the press conference "They have some very good young players and I like the idea of becoming a strong force on this team. I am very excited and know we can do great things next season".
GM Calvaruso was all smile as he introduced Angel to the media "He is exactly what we were hoping for and really fills a gap on our team on both offense and defense".
