57.22 González named Johnson League Player of the Week

Blazers third baseman Eduardo González was recognized today by the Johnson League as its Player of the Week.

González, starting at DH recently while a sprained knee heals, hit .400 with 14 hits in 35 at-bats, including 4 home runs, 10 RBIs, and 11 runs scored. For the season, he is hitting .304 with 26 home runs and 92 RBIs. He is only six home runs short of the 500 milestone.
