C Mitchell Goater
The first of a few Mounties starters hoping to avoid the sophmore slump, Goater did a fantastic job at backstop last season and he continues to improve on the defensive side of the ball which is what I was banking on when I drafted him.

1B Sam Corkum
Corkum exploded to start 2062 but was very weak the second half of the season, barely netting a positive WAR. It's been a slow burn to try and get Corkum to be our anchor at first but you have to start wondering if there are better replacements out there.

2B Fadeuka Hadonov
Hadonov was all over the place last season but should see a more permenant role at second base if everything goes to plan.

SS Oskar Lojdahl
With his shortstop rating bumping again Lojdahl will get the chance to keep the shortstop position. He is on a contract year so we'll see if he pulls out all the stops this year to get a mega contract this offseason.

3B Sergio Mendoza
Mendoza was having a rookie of the year type season after being traded over from Cape Fear but an untimely injury ruined that. If he can get a full season in with his production, then I'll feel a little more vindicated in giving up young power hitter Juan Hernandez for him.

LF Greg Clover
Clover has done a solid job in left and should continue to after winning the diamond glove for left field. The second longest tenured Mounties starter on the list (try and guess the first), Clover has won over management with his consistent bat and above average defense. Can he work his way into a second all-star game as a Mountie?

CF Amphibian Johnson
Acquired early in the season last year, Johnson struggled with the bat was the lockdown center fielder I've been looking for for a while. If his bat can come around there is no doubt he'll be a key contributor to the Mounties.

RF Zhi Li
Another great season last year ruined by an injury, Li should be ready to go by the middle of spring training where I have no doubt he'll be back in his starting role at right field.

DH Royce Hinkle
Hinkle 2.0 impressed Mounties fans and brass alike after having a solid rookie season and winning the team's Douglas Newhouse Award. Expectations are high for the youngster in his clean up role to continue the type of production, though some fear he could make like Raul Pena and go all downhill from here...
