Bhadrasila Chetlapalli OVR-50 POT-50 STF-5 MOV-6 HRA-6 PBABIP-5 CON-7
Bhadrasila or BC as his teammates call him is in his first full season with the AAA squad. The 22 year old has gone 7-7 so far this season with a 4.30 ERA and a WHIP of 1.44. BC does not offer a lot of free passes as he has issued 19 walks over his 17 starts. He has four pitches to select from with his money pitch being the Cutter to go with an 8 rated changeup. Look for BC to have a September callup and be part of the 2064 rotation.
Ernesto Escalante OVR-45 POT-50 STF-4 MOV-5 HRA-5 PBABIP-6 CON-7
Ernesto is a little year than BC at 20 years old. Ernesto has recently been called up to the AAA team and has a 3.29 ERA/1.46 WHIP in his three starts. Ernesto has decent command of the ball walking 15 batters in his last 10 starts between AA and AAA. The Valencia brass is hoping that Ernesto can develop up to his 7 movement potential since his stuff is rated at 4.. Ernesto has an inside track for a September callup with a high probability of being in the 2064 rotation.
Malumat Tskhadadze OVR-45 POT-45 STF-5 MOV-5 HRA-5 PBABIP-6 CON-6
At 21 years old, Malumat has advanced through the far system rather quickly. In his first AAA season, Malumat has had a slow start with a 5.25 ERA and a 1.46 WHIP over his 16 starts. He has five pitches in his arsenal which are mostly develop as all five of those pitches are rated a 5 or higher. The data to this point suggests that Malumat will need another season in AAA.
Keith Fitter OVR-40 POT-40 STF-5 MOV-5 HRA-5 PBABIP-6 CON-6
Picked up in a trade with Nashville about 18 months ago that also brought Jesus Romero to Valencia, Keith was demoted from the Valencia ball club down to AAA this year. The 29 year old has had 10 starts with a 4.83 ERA and a 1.26 WHIP. Keith's big league future will probably be only if he is needed as an injury replacement.
Nolan Miller OVR-40 POT-40 STF-4 MOV-6 HRA-6 PBABIP-5 CON-6
While Nolan had a decent 2062 in AA last season, he has not had much success in AAA this season. Nolan has spent time moving from the rotation to the bullpen and is currently the odd man out. Nolan's ERA is currently clocking in at 7.47. At 28 years old, Nolan's choices are to get used to the AAA hitters or find a job elsewhere.
William Mejia OVR-35 POT-35 STF-5 MOV-5 HRA-4 PBABIP-5 CON-5
William is a 30 year old and currently one of those guys that is currently pitching better than the scout ratings would suggest. William is in his second AAA season in the Valencia organization after being signed as a free agent in 2062. His ERA is at 3.47 and his WHIP stands at 1.24. William was giving up a lot of long balls last season (24 dingers in 28 starts) but has only given up 2 homers in 8 starts this season. His home runs allowed rating suggests that fans should expect more of the former than the latter though. William probably will never see a big league stadium again unless it is in the bleachers.
