The Stars don't seem to going anywhere this year..Now the big goal is try to get over the .500 mark this season...At this point the Stars are 5 games under .500 but have close to half a season left...

Vet Starting Pitcher Sheng Yen was put back in the rotation and has done very well...As a starter Yen is 5-2 3.02 ERA and 53 K's in 59 innings....Yen now with 113 wins in his career that now spans 13 seasons with the Stars...This season ERA of 3.02 is the lowest so far since 2017 as he had his best season 13-11 3.23 ERA...

Starting Pitcher Brian Middleton is off to his worst season in 14 years...Middleton who has been hit by injuries the last two seasons is 2-6 4.95 ERA..The once ace of the Stars is fading fast but still has one more year here...The Stars hope Middleton now the number 4 or 5 starter can come back and get to some of his old form....

Closer Skip Glendenning is off to another fantastic season..Even with the Stars doing so poor Glendenning numbers are still great,
