Galaxy Gas 2062.03 - Miller Shed Extension Signed

Valencia has announced its plans to keep second baseman Miller Shed this past week. Terms of the deal was for one-year at a cost of $5.9M. Rumors had it that the arbitration deal was estimated to be $6M.

For Miller, the 2062 season was not as productive as his previous three seasons, he did hit .284 with a .340 on-base percentage. His WAR for the season was 2.2 which is comparable to a to a $6M price tag.

Miller's ratings took a hit over the 2061 season. The Dev Monkeys took their toll on Miller as he went from an overall rating of 80 in September of 2060 to an updated rating of 55 in November of 2061.

Fans are hopeful that Miller will have more of a resurgence in 2062.
