”Scholsy” Induction Comes Before Big Tropics Game

Assistant GM Carlos Camacho announced today that the baseball team once known as the California Crusaders will be righting a nearly decade long wrong, and will honor ex-hurler Ricardo “Scholsy” Diaz with official induction into the franchise Hall of Fame.
“This is situation that, quite frankly, had gone on so long we didn’t even realize it was a problem. If there is anyone who belongs in this team’s Hall of Fame – other than me, of course – it’s Ricardo Diaz. The man is a legend in every way. He was a beast on the mound, and represented everything this team and this city stands for. Total excellence in all facets of the game.”
Diaz will be feted August 2nd, just before a very important game with Hawaii.
The team would love for everyone to come out and cheer on their ballclub, both past and present.
