The dominance just couldn’t be ignored any longer. LHP Mark 'Bender' Lolololo has been dominating AAA for two years with a 62 FIP- in 2056 only to be outdone in 2057 with a 47 FIP-. Unfortunately for Lolololo, Nashville’s rotation is stacked with talent, so the young southpaw has been waiting diligently for his turn. When David Molina was lost for the season due to a UCL injury, a spot opened up, albeit in the bullpen.
The Bluebirds announced they have purchased the contract of Lolololo from the Orlando Oranges and early speculation leads one to believe he will replace Molina in the bullpen. When the Bluebirds acquired Lolololo from the Jimmies in exchange for Sammy ‘Bumper’ McNeill, they knew they needed an impact player in return. The biggest question mark about Lolololo was his ability to stay healthy, but he showed potential to be an ace. Luckily, he has avoided any major injuries while on limited pitch counts in the minors and hopes to show the world his talent on the big stage.

“It’s a dream come true,” said the 22 year-old Lolololo. “It’s been a long time in the making and I’m excited to pitch in Nashville in any role they need me. I’ll fight for a rotation spot, but I know there’s a lot of guys with more experience than me. Hopefully I can learn from them and become a better pitcher for my team.”
Lolololo is currently ranked as the #7 prospect in the BBA and the highest ranked pitcher. He joins fellow Bluebirds hatchlings, Jorge Canó and Alfonso Gonzáles, who joined the club last month. The Bluebirds are currently on a 10-game winning streak and sit comfortably atop the Heartland division. The current state of the team is poised to strike and take home another Monty, but it looks like these young Bluebirds will keep that vision for years to come.
