Brooklyn State Of Mind: Robins Fans Stage Protest At Last Home Game Of The Season (2062.10)

(A quick author's note: This is part of a storyline I am trying, and figured that it would be fun to write)

While the baseball part of the Robins last home game would report that Wilson Prieto ended up hitting a double to beat the Zombies, some fans would have you believe that the real story was that there was a massive protest on the streets surrounding the ballpark. A group of Robins fans calling for a change in the front office. It was estimated that a group of 750 fans held up signs calling for the firing of Robins Chief Baseball Officer Ben Heuring. "Can't Build A Winning Team", "Can't Win Without His Predecessor's Players", "Disgrace", and other signs that are too strong for a family team news were among the signs.

"We New Yorkers have seen enough from Heuring and the ownership that continues to tolerate this. No playoffs since 2045, and a failure to build on what was seemingly a promising trajectory a year or two ago has shown us that some new leadership is needed to take the Robins back. It's like they don't care. I feel bad for the kids who have grown up to see this."

Frankly, I don't blame the fans for being mad at me.
