Just read the league rules on participation points - shouldn't I get 1/2 of the PPoints of the previous GM?

Edit: Maybe I do? Is that where the 14 points is coming from?

Yes you do, but that doesn't count towards your season total. Ben should adjust for this each time a new GM comes in.

It's set as your "Start" amount. It's become a more frequent scenario lately so I may add a column to break it out rather than just entering it by hand like that.

What did I spend points on this year?

You missed the minimum 4 PP from Team News and 15 PP total in 2006. That triggered the GM Bailout plan:

2006 PP: GMs who failed to meet minimums

GM Bailout Plan:

Once in a while a General Manager may find themselves coming up short of the minimum Participation Point requirement for a season, but they would still like to remain in the MBBA as a General Manager. Beginning with the 1997-1998 postseason, we are offering a "GM Bailout Plan" for situations such as this.

Guidelines:
1) GM must not be in their first two seasons in the MBBA.
2) GM must have earned a minimum of 2 PP (net) that season to be eligible to use this reward.
3) GM's are not allowed to use this reward again after using it until five seasons have passed.
4) In order to make up the points they are short of the minimum, GM's may spend 3 PP's for every 1 PP they need. For example, if a GM needs 8 PP to make the minimum, it will cost them 24 PP's.
5) Use of the "GM Bailout Plan" will result in a -10 Fan Interest Drop for their team.

EDIT: I put Montreal's 3 Player Spotlights for 2007 in Atlantic City's row. My mistake. Corrected, that's +9 pts to Montreal (-9 to Atlantic City).
