When Trading International Complex Players

1) Promote them to Rookie League team in export.
2) When you trade IC players they can no longer be put back into the International Complex.

how about when the trade is going the other way? i.e. I am submitting the trade but one of the players is on the other team's international roster.

You cannot. The other team will need to submit the trade in game.
