PP spend for $$ to process trade

BOI is spending 60pp this Sim for $6m which will free up the money for the trade in-game

BOI sends Bob Hills, Manny Fernandez, and Patrick Klerk

VAN sends Amphibian Johnson

I guess this is as good a chance to fiddle with the amount of $$ for a trade. I'm short $2.6m to complete the trade. I can spend the PP concurrently with the trade, or spend the PP then go back and process the trade. Either way works...
