previously-unreported one or something else studly about their team.

-NA- C Benjamin Eden (.351-1-30) goes 3-4 with two walks as the Neptunes win 10-5
at Brussels. Eden (.356) leads the EBA in batting at the half-way mark of the season.
Belfast (57-25 1st EA)

-NA- CF Hartmann Farber (.308-5-40), batting lead off, hits three singles and a double
and scores three runs in a 7-1 win over Rome. Farber is second in the league in SB.
Brussels (24-58 4th EA)

-78- Nicolas Coll (1-7, 7.07) limits München to two hits in eight innings; the Eagles bull
pen blows a 3-1 lead and the Brauers win 4-3 at Brussels.
London (38-44 3rd EA)

-65- Bekir Samim (4-6, 5.55) pitches 8 innings and allows one run as the Bishops beat
Belfast 3-1 at home. London sweeps the three-game series.
Madrid (41-40 3rd WA)

-NA- 3B Durkin Turrell (.352-15-58), batting fifth, goes 3-5, with a double, a home run,
and 3 rbis in a wild 9-8 win at Belfast. Turrell has edged out teammates to win the team
triple crown for the first half of the season.
München (46-34 1st WA)

-81- Michel Rollet (7-3, 3.18) allows a hit a walk over eight innings as the Brauers
defeat the Eagles 1-0 at Brussels. David van Dongen collects his 23rd save.
Paris (42-41 2nd WA)—from last sim

-69- 3B Marvin Stupples (.324-10-35) goes 5-6, a home run and 5 rbis in a 10-12 loss at
London. Stupples would raise his average to .350 by mid-season, collecting a Player of
the Week Award en route.
Rome (42-39 2nd EA)

-80- Senan Bartone (6-8, 4.94) tames Belfast, throwing eight shut out innings as Rome
defeats the Northstars 6-0 on the road. Bartone leads the Raiders in strike outs with 75.

-74- Richard Jones (4-3, 4.34) defeats the Matadors, pitching eight innings and allowing
3 unearned runs for a final score of 4-3 at Madrid.
