All right, then, here are the numbers as of the first week. Given sample sizes, they are, of course silly to make any assessments of. However, with all the movement going on this year, I wanted to get a jump on things to make sure that I've properly adjusted the scripts for all our new team names and whatnot.

Manuel is a good second baseman but was +1.4 ZR. In 2062. Conventional wisdom says Takimoto’s arm should hurt him (if 3B defense even matters).

In this case it's been worth about two plays above average.

Takamoto's 7 range probably helps him in the 56 zones, and maybe down the line.
