Could we tweak the player creation figures to create better representation of players from actual GBC nations in the amateur draft, and maybe fewer players from sparsely populated Pacific islands?

Looking at the current draft pool, player distribution for GBC nations looks like this.

Argentina = 0
Australia = 59
Brazil = 8
Egypt = 3
England = 0
Greece = 0
Israel = 0
Japan = 11
Russia = 1
South Africa = 3

I think it would be nice if all the GBC clubs had a chance to draft actual local talent.

This is a spectacular idea for the future drafts. Probably should add China and a few other countries that are in the GBC minors.
