This award, to me, is largely honorific and one which, when we voted for it manually, I actually did not participate. Now that it is part of the compulsory vote, I participate.
Having said that, you earned the votes you received, and finished highest in the voting, so if there is any 'official' JL manager of the year, it should be you.
