Player Role

I have a couple guys who have terrible morale, only because they are upset at their role on the team, which happens to be the role they expect. I don't know how to make my starting shortstop start any more games at shortstop. Ditto for my backup 1B who expects a backup role at 1B and isn't happy about how he's backing up 1B. What gives?

Six weeks in and all the players are bickering about clubhouse morale like they were last season lol. Get used to it boys
