H.E. Pennypacker Succeeds Father as Seattle Owner

The people of Seattle and the Seattle Storm are in grief today with the death of the team's owner H.E. Pennypacker, who died earlier in the week from illness. Pennypacker will be memorialized at his funeral tomorrow at a local church. Speculation on the new owner centers on his oldest son. The people of Seattle and the Seattle Storm are in grief today with the death of the team's owner H.E. Pennypacker, who died earlier in the week from illness. Pennypacker will be memorialized at his funeral tomorrow at a local church. Speculation on the new owner centers on his oldest son. Reliable sources in the Seattle press are reporting that Jack Pennypacker has in the inside track on replacing his father in the club's organization. What type of owner will the junior Pennypacker be? His managerial style is said to be demanding. Monetarily Pennypacker is reported to be generous.
