Recently Drafted Players Rule

There was recent discussion about trading recently drafted players.

The GB apologies for the oversight in maintaining this rule in the Constitution following the change in 2018.

Pardon my corporate-speak, but I mean this sincerely: The GB strives to provide a fun and fair environment for friendly competition in this game that we all love. A foundation of that is the constitution, and it is important that it is clear, consistent, and up to date. On this topic, we failed to do that and we apologize.

I mentioned this in my other announcement, but please reach out to me if you have questions, comments, or suggestions for the constitution.
