Rules Czar and Communication with GB

To All GMs

We're making a change to how we approach discussions about rules. The GB has decided to establish me as the 'Rules Czar' to facilitate questions, discussions, disputes and interpretations of our Constitution and other rules. Please direct all rules related discussion to me. If you're not comfortable reaching out to me directly, reach out to your league director, or another member of the board. Commish will have final say on all matters, as usual, but I'm going to be primary resource for you.

I'd also like to note that I have zero kids and one of those "cushy" work from home jobs. Commish has a wife, kids, and a commute. Let's do him a favor and reach out to me or your league director for anything that's not going into Ping:Commish on the forums. Of course, there are times where you'll need to reach out to him and only him, but let's lean on me a bit more in general.

In the coming days, I will be reviewing the constitution for inaccuracies. I invite you to send me any questions or comments you have. Make suggestions for improvements, point out inconsistencies, etc etc. PM me on the forums or on Discord.

I suggest the Constitution be updated in full and the Full Constitution be linked on the home page. As is we have a pinned post for the BBA point tracker that links to 2049. Make the path clear, the rules in one space and the others archived somewhere else.
