2060, Summary of all Changes

There were quite a few changes, some were minor, some not. I'm putting them all in one thread so no one can say "i didn't know".

As always, here is The BBA Constitution.

1. BBA Financials
The BBA Financials will be adjusted moving forward in the following ways:
a) Salary Cap to $115M for 2061 and to $110M for 2062.
a) Media Revenue: Lock at $70M in 2061, then Lock at $60M in 2062 and beyond

2. GBC Minor League Age Limits
Age limits are in place for GBC Minor League Affiliates, as follows:
Rookie Ball - 21yo
A - 25yo
AA - 28yo
AAA - no age restriction

3. GBC Amateur Draft
It will be 20 rounds in length.

4. Service Year Days
This has been adjusted slightly from 172 to 167 days.

Finally, not a Rule Change per se, but a refocus on Team News. We made player links optional a while back. Now we have the Link Generator- thanks @Lane.
